Chia is a flowering mint plant native to Mexico and Guatemala.

Chia Seed is a super food with omega 3 fatty acid, calcium, potassium and magnesium.  This attribute is similar to the Moringa Plant.

Most pharmacy or organic stores sell chia seeds at a high price.

I was told that opposite wisma Atria there is a mart called Market Place and chia seeds
is cheaper there. Some organic shop do sell it cheaper if you are a member.

You can also order online.  Vitamins, Supplements are cheaper when you buy from reliable
online stores.
