I too think more than 30 leaves per dosage is A LOT but you have to decide for yourself.
For Cancer patients herbs sellers have told me that 70 leaves is adequate.

1. I am Overseas . Can you send me the SSG herbs plants, leaves or
capsule form of SSG ?
You can ask your friends in Singapore to buy from nurseries and then dry the leaves or
grind them to powder form. It is more economical this way.
Near Paya Lebar Kovan MRT there are a few Plant Nurseries
selling popular herbs plants in pots like SSG and Seven Star Needle.

2. Black Fungus can be purchased in Asian Supermarket or groceries store
overseas or in China town. Thai groceries store also have besides the Chinese Stores.
I think some huge Supermarket should have them in the Asian Dry Food Section.
