This qigong addresses many health issues but you need to have  dedicated
teachers   for you to learn the correct movements.


BENEFITS:  La-Jing is a Chinese exercise of stretching shrunken tendons. 
            Shrunken tendons can cause various illness such as leg pain,
            knee pain,neck pain, waist or back pain and have difficulty 
            bending or kneeling.

优点:   腊静是中国运动拉伸筋萎缩的。筋萎缩可能会导致各种疾病,
        如下肢疼痛,膝关节疼痛,颈部疼痛,腰部或背部疼痛
        和难以弯曲或跪。

You can adapt it to heal a particular part of your body.

eg. if you have constipation then you massage lower and if you have back ache massage near the pain area.   The Trainer
say if we use our brains to analyse we can find the answers 
ourselves. 

There is no need for him to teach you all the fine details .......really?
