Note:

Excess leaves can be washed, air dried (means don't dry in the sun) and packed in containers or plastic
zip lock bags. You can give to friends to try out. We can all experiment and try the tea therapy to discover what conditions it can help to solve. Elderly whose body conditions are fragile should use CAUTION when
trying new herbs.

The SSG stems can be used to boil with water and red dates for 2.5 hours  to make SSG tea therapy. Tea therapy can alleviate ailments like constipation, high cholesterol, stomach pain, poisoning,
red swelling hands in elderly.

Hello and Welcome to my Experience, Thoughts and Ideas about Herbs, Qigong and Energy Healing.

I was fortunate that God gave me the gift to write about Herbs and Qigong so
that others can benefit from it. The opportunities to meet knowlegeable herbs personnel
and Qigong experts also  just happen so that I can gain the required information.

It helps that I have keen interest in both Qigong and Plant Herbs.

I have decided to design my articles
with some difference as reading the
same content from different bloggers

Writing articles can be quite exhausting because we have to research and analyse the material,
look out for more meaningful material,  take the pictures and upload to our PC. We also
have to learn how to use the blogging software and customise it to our articles.


After publishing our articles we have to review the layout, the content, improve on it
and reorganise in a presentable layout format.

With the information that I have provided here you can do your own further research
to help your loved ones or yourself to better health. Taking CHARGE of our Health
is basically some information and using our brain to anlayse and improve on it and a LOT
